I am Arvindh Sundar and this is my story.
Around 10 years ago, a series of interesting events helped me discover the power of using games and elements of games to make my life better.
It started off as a crazy idea, but over time, when I started testing it out, I discovered that gamifying my growth made it stick.
Since then, I’ve used this approach to hit personal goals, help companies and clients grow and coached many folks to hit their own goals with gamified growth. Personally, I managed to hit my career goals in record time (became Head of Marketing!), swam with sharks, played paintball for India, became a professional speaker, started a business and more!
I also noticed that for many tasks, if I gamified them the right way, I could quickly get into the zone. I would be in a state of flow – in total control – everything clicked, everything was effortless and everything was perfect.
I’ll confess: It’s the ultimate high.
Today, my life is GREAT. I am having a ton of fun and I am comfortable with money. I have friends who love me, a family that adores me and a business where work is more fun than play!
This gamified life? It’s the best thing that’s happened to me.
I’ve got almost superhuman levels of confidence and I feel like I’m ready for ANYTHING life’s got for me.
It’s awesome and I want you to have it too. So, click the button below to start your gamified life.

What is The Way of The Octopus?
The Way of the Octopus is a system for success based on one simple fact: “Gamifying your growth makes it stick.”
It’s called The Way of The Octopus because the two iconic attributes of an octopus – fluidity and having 8 arms – are the perfect metaphor for the two biggest benefits you get from gamifying your growth – fluidity and multidisciplinary expertise.
What do you mean fluid?
The octopus is a powerful and accurate metaphor for the benefits of gamifying your growth.
When you gamify your growth, you encounter situations and experiences filled with randomness and unpredictability. Over time, you develop a sense of confidence and preparedness that builds a mindset of ‘being ready for anything‘. In short, you become fluid. With this mindset, you are able to adapt and fit into any situation – just like the octopus and its ability to change shape and appearance to blend into any environment.
what do you mean ‘multi-disciplinary expertise’?
In most traditional training programs, you develop one skill at a time, in isolation. When you gamify your growth, you develop and use multiple skills at the same time. Think of it as the difference between going to the gym and playing a sport.
When you gamify your growth, you build multidisciplinary expertise as you develop your ability to use new combinations of skills, solve problems you couldn’t tackle before and invent solutions that would have evaded you earlier – kinda like the 8 arms of the octopus working together at the same time.

“Gamify Your Growth” for Corporates
Traditional training programs are usually watered down adaptations of dated content from foreign books, taught by people who run through the motions, day in and day out. Oh, let’s not forget the few buzzwords thrown in.
If you’re ready to evolve your training calendar from a checklist to be completed to a powerful agent for change, the corporate experiences by The Way of The Octopus are right for you.
Doing the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity.
Do something different.
Gamify Your Growth to make it stick.
